afternoon reports, Beef Carcass Price Equivalent Index Value report, and
the Daily Direct Slaughter Cattle Negotiated Weekly Summary reports have
finally been released by the USDA.
Just a handful of trade was reported by Mandatory in Iowa this afternoon,
but for the most part bids and asking prices are yet to be established,
and significant trade volume will likely be delayed until much later in
the week.

and higher in Kansas and Texas: KS 69,060(+4,517), NE 39,928(+929), TX 72,492
(+1,898). Total trade volume was higher in all three major feeding states: KS
78,501(+7,193), NE 61,767(+7,476), TX 75,964(+1,706). Showlists appear to be
higher in all major feeding states. Bids and asking prices are yet to be
